Refund Policy

Eligible refunds
A full refund is available if you withdraw before your application moves to “Under Review”, or if an opportunity is cancelled by the employer before review begins.
Partial refunds
If your application has entered review but not employer review, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion to cover work already completed.
Non-refundable cases
Fees are non-refundable once an application reaches Employer Review or later, or if an application is rejected due to false information.
How to request
Send a request with your application reference number (e.g. GWP-2025-000001) through the Contact page or your dashboard messages.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
